VEEGETABLES

Our fruits and vegetables are fresh and stocked daily by regional suppliers. They are mostly products of our country, depending on the seasons.

BELCOLADE CHOCOLATE

This Belgian chocolate, recognized worldwide, contains natural vanilla and cocoa bean from different countries giving it a unique quality and flavor. Does not contain flavorings, dyes or preservatives.

COCOA

The cocoa we use for different preparations. High quality, cultivated in Côte d’Ivoire and processed in the Netherlands. Graduation 22/24, characteristic of an intense and pure flavor.

COLD CUTS LA OCTAVA

The best raw ham in the country aged naturally for 12 months. Cooked ham with pure pork, milan salami and cantimpalo, the bacon´s deepest flavor and smoked tenderloin, are the perfect complement for the tastiest sandwiches and meals we prepare daily.

SBRINZ CHEESES

Sbrinz cheese is used in a wide variety of products. Its quality provides unique textures from our chipá, vegetable empanadas to the excellent raw ham and arugula sandwich.

HONEY APIDELTA

The natural honey Apidelta, of local production and very high purity, is collected from fields located in the town of San Pedro and San Nicolás, in the province of Buenos Aires and the provinces of San Luis, Entre Ríos and Tucumán. They are export quality. We use it in 100% our products.

ORGANIC FLOUR

We work with the first and only certified organic flour in the country from Molino Campodónico in everything we produce. 100% organic, certified by the International Agricultural Organization (IAO) complying with the most demanding standards that we need to achieve a stable, healthier, a better quality and a unique flavor in our recipes.

EL BIERZO SAUSAGES

El Bierzo makes one of the best sausages for cooking on the market, which we use in our stews during winter times. Making that aroma and unique memories of your childhood meals.

VACALIN

A company of family origin that knew how to worry about offering the most noble products of our Argentine countryside. Its flavored butter, delicious dulce de leche and milk cream without stabilizers or artificial thickeners are the best on the market for our products.

HONS EGGS

We use eggs from field-free chickens, raised responsibly, from farms located in Cardales, province of Buenos Aires.

ORGANIC SUGAR AND MASCABO SUGAR

We work with organic sugar from Cobos in Salta, Argentina. With export certificate to Europe and the United States. And with Mascabo sugar from San Javier in Misiones, Argentina. Not only does it mean that the products are healthier than using super-refined white sugar, but it also preserves the sugar’s own vitamins and minerals.

RICOTTA ARRIVATA

Ricotta handmade with an Italian recipe of family tradition from Mercedes, province of Buenos Aires. Natural, fresh and without any preservative.

APIDELTA AND VIDAMÍ JAMS

We use handmade jams in all our pastries, doughs and puddings. Varieties of honey with figs, oranges and peaches from San Pedro, Bs As; Red fruit, rosehip, raspberry and elderberry jams from Patagonia. Sugar free, naturally sweetened with honey. Unique recipe formulated by Artiaga, produced and packaged at source.

MUZZARELLA BARRAZA

We use the best mozzarella Argentinian style, for all our meals. Natural and without preservatives. A taste, color and aroma with unique identity.

HIGH OLEIC VEGETABLE IOL

This oil is obtained from varieties of sunflower seeds rich in omega 9 making it healthier to consume fried products than with ordinary oil, since is much more stable against high temperatures. It is also withdrawn by a company to reduce its environmental impact, recycling it to give other uses taking care of the ecosystem.

MARINE SALT “SAL DE AQUÍ”

Crystals of sea salt from Península Valdés, obtained naturally from the evaporation of sea water from the beaches of Chubut. Without aggregates and maintaining the natural salt minerals of our Patagonian Atlantic Ocean. Unique quality and unmatched taste.

WATER

We purify the water with a filter system from Germany, which works through a 7-step inverse osmosis process, to purify improving the quality, pure flavour and taste of the water we use in all recipes.
